At Richezzaa Sarees, we aim to deliver your favourite sarees safely and conveniently to your doorstep. We currently offer shipping and delivery services within India only.
1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver orders to serviceable locations across India, subject to courier partner availability and pin code serviceability.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation and payment verification, where applicable.
During festive seasons, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.
Metro Cities: Approximately 3–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: Approximately 4–7 business days
Remote Locations: Delivery may take additional time
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before the order is placed.
Any free shipping offers will be subject to the conditions mentioned in the relevant offer or promotion.
5. Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared through your registered email address, phone number, SMS, or WhatsApp, wherever applicable.
You can use the tracking information provided to check your shipment status.
6. Delivery Address & Contact Details
Customers are requested to provide accurate and complete delivery details, including:
Full name
Complete shipping address
City, state, and PIN code
Active mobile number
Richezzaa Sarees will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Additional delivery arrangements, where possible, may be subject to applicable charges.
7. Delayed or Undelivered Orders
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period or tracking shows an unusual status, please contact our support team.
We will coordinate with our courier partner, wherever possible, to assist with the shipment.
Delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
8. Failed Delivery & Returned Shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the courier may return the shipment to us.
Any reshipping arrangements or applicable charges will be communicated to the customer.
Refunds, cancellations, or other resolutions, where applicable, will be handled according to our Refund & Return Policy and applicable consumer laws.
9. Damaged Packages
Customers are requested to check the outer packaging at the time of delivery.
If the package appears visibly damaged or tampered with, please take photographs and contact us as soon as possible.
For product damage, incorrect items, or other order-related issues, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.
10. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery will be available only if offered at checkout for the customer’s location and order.
Any applicable COD charges or conditions will be displayed before order confirmation.
